「I stayed at the Mercure Ponta Delgada Azores for 3 nights total. My first night was prior to meeting a one week active hiking biking and kayaking trip on the the island. My last 2 nights were after the group trip and I felt a sense of relief and "coming home" when I arrived for the second time. This hotel is a true gem. 「We liked the private hot tub, especially since the weather was too cold to swim. The room had a kitchenette, which we appreciated since there's no room service and it was 20 minute walk to town. A car is definitely needed for Sao Miguel. The room was cleaned very well, but people aren't very careful and we could see stains on the sofa even though the hotel is relatively new. Check in and check out were smooth, breakfast included each day, and was very good. Convenient location and parking also easy in the garage. Staff also very friendly and professional. 「Our family of four recently stayed at the Delta Marriott, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent—right off the highway with easy access to nearby towns and just minutes from downtown Ponta Delgada. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and very convenient for families with young children. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great amenities. While the outdoor pool was beautiful, it was a bit too cold during our stay, so our kids spent most of their time enjoying the warm...

「The Rock Guest House is a beautiful, well maintained facility. They served a wonderful continental breakfast and since we had to check out early, they provided us with a breakfast to go! Getting to the port was easy - just walk down the road. Going back was good exercise if you enjoy a gentle climb. We highly recommend it.」

「Nicole, Aidlia, Nathalia, Rodrigo, Miguel displayed passion i envied. There was nothing too much to ask. The same for the breakfast show kitchen Chef with the goatie beard navigating the demands for all sort of fancy egg diahes. I am particularly amazed by his attention to detail and multi tasking skills. Well trained i thought! That required focus, and a great amount of love for the job. The passion for their job was evident. For their island! We love that! The hotel is a beautiful wonder....

「I stayed in the royal sweet and there was a bit of a smell. Unfortunately for me, the bed was uncomfortable. They are very firm and im used to something alot softer. I ended up sleeping on the pull out could which was better. Other than that breakfast was good and staff very friendly. I would stay here again since it is confidently located and parking is great.」
