"This is the nicest hotel along this stretch of the coast, it wasn't easy to find in the middle of the night because Google Map tried to lead us down another 50 mins! But once we got there it was fantastic. "Hosts are friendly and gracious. Rooms are big and well furnished. Breakfasts are delicious and stylishly presented. We also enjoyed the parting gifts of fruits grown from their field. That is a very touching gesture. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to add some seats/chairs and a table to the balcony."

"The location of itravel Hostel was pleasant - near main roads, but quiet. Both the room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in answering questions and providing information and recommendations. This was invaluable for a traveler who doesn't speak Chinese!"

"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"Friendly operator, 24 hour coin laundry, free bike to ride, nice coastal bike trail nearby"

"Clean room. Very centralized and close to bus station. There is no daily room tidiness. Limited info provided at check-in, but essentially if you want them to take your trash, you leave it outsidee your door. Super quiet. Shower is small and can get very wet. AC works great. We would stay here again"
