「We got totally locked in our room. The lock would not operate from the inside. Fortunately we had three rooms so we're able to call one of our friends next to her and slip the key under the door to have them open it from the outside. Other than that the water comes out discolored at first but then clears up.」

「The big bummer was that the waterpark was closed the whole length of our stay. So we didn’t get to use that at all. The breakfast wasn’t that great in our opinion. The room was good and the view is always amazing. Great location!」

「This is a great place to stay. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the area. The complimentary breakfast and cookies were fantastic. I loved the salt water pool /waterslide and hot tub. It’s convenient to have a water refilling station, bathrooms, arcade and fitness center near one another, We loved having a laundry room to wash & dry clothes.」

「The pool area was really nice. We had a lot of fun. The rooms were ok. Just normal rooms. I liked the temperature on the wall. Bathroom could've been a little updated. And the breakfast was not very good. And it was HOT everywhere. I would go back for the pool area. But that's about it.」

「Booked 3 rooms, 1 had bed bugs and she had to move in middle of the night. Staff was very accommodating and got her another room, & refunded her. We have heard this can happen in any hotel but overall the rooms were clean and comfortable.」

「When I went to get breakfast : no hot water and no tea. No fruit or egg. Only I did see cereal, milk, I didn’t check if the waffle machine working or not because I left the breakfast area.But it is one of the worst breakfast i ever seen. I did stay at this hotel twice this year before the last stayed the breakfast was okay because I can drink hot tea 😂. I hope the manager will improve it.」
