「We stayed here to go to the It’s a wonderful life” festival in Seneca Falls. The hotel was convenient and clean and very pleasant. They accommodated all our needs and Lisa who kept in constant communication was fabulous with our customer service. The other girl at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend it」
