「Check in was impersonal and done by texts, never meet in keepers or their manager. We did meet the cook at breakfast. Overall, a nice stay.」

「My husband and I came here for our baby moon. The trip started off rocky when we came to our room and the balcony door wouldn’t open. Not a problem, they put us in a different room. However this room did not have the view that we paid for and it was a bit smaller. It also took the bellhops about 2 hours to move our bags from one room to the other. Then night one we did not have the greatest sleep because the mattress and pillows were not comfy at all. I’ve stayed at cheaper places with better...

「This is an unique experience for us. There is no traditional lobby or reception area. All entrances are managed by electronic keypad. The staff coordinated with us through the text messages for daily cleanup and other needs. The hot tub does not have soap, shampoo and no place holder for one we brought. I will stay again but I wish there is a soap holder. Parkign is easy. The place is well maintained but bed, mattress and carpet could use more cleaning or even new ones.」
