I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The staff is courteous and the location is advantageous. However, this hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The rooms are clearly showing their age. Grout in the bathroom is discolored and crumbling. The pillows on the bed have no body to them, they flatten like pancakes. There's not only no complimentary breakfast, you cannot use the lounge unless you have a relatively high Bonvoy rewards rating. Meanwhile, the restaurant served breakfast that was expensive but nothing special. I was the only patron in the restaurant for the entire 45 minutes I was in there. I would like to find a reason the stay there again but likely won't if conditions don't improve.

Staff very courteous-Amanda and Paula especially. Room on the other hand was very drafty-ac unit blowing cool air at 72 degrees. Toilet had not been flushed of urine and wastebasket full of tissue.

I didn't like that the mobile app didn't work for room service and requests like towels and bathrooms amenities. It wasn't even communicated that the app wasn't working. Waited for hours for something that was never going to come. There were some stains on the carpet in the room and on the linens. Besides that the staff were great and very friendly.

Gym and pool were great. WiFi excellent. Restaurant dinner menu very limited but service was excellent. I had an issue with someone opening my room door at midnight. I had the latch on but they clearly had access to my room. The front desk had no explanation.
