The entire property has a spa-like calm: steam rising from the open-air onsen, pine trees framing every window, and soft koto music in the halls. Staff were gracious to the last detail, guiding us through the kaiseki meal and making sure even our brief one-night stay ran smoothly. My only real regret is that we couldn’t stay longer; TEN-YU is the kind of place where you instantly relax and wish you’d booked another day just to soak, stroll, and repeat. "

"Short walk from Yokohama station. The convenience store downstairs was very usedul. My daughter loved public bath in B1. Overall we enjoyed 2 night stay in Hotel Plum very much. Reasonable yet it has everything we need. "
