"The staff was very nice, easy check-in process. There is coin-op laundry on two of the floors. You can get the front desk to give you change for bills. Never had an issue with finding an open machine. They don't dry super well, but that is sort of expected. Would recommend putting in small loads. There is a Tully's downstairs, which we didn't go to but is a nice convenience. The subway entrance is right next door which was appreciated.
The mini fridge was nice to have and location was close to points of interest.
The elevator from the ground floor to the hotel lobby was broken so somewhat inconvenient. The room for four people is a bit small, but I chalk that up to Japanese hotel rooms. The hotel itself feels a little outdated, but nothing egregious. I would stay here again."
