"The staff was very nice, easy check-in process. There is coin-op laundry on two of the floors. You can get the front desk to give you change for bills. Never had an issue with finding an open machine. They don't dry super well, but that is sort of expected. Would recommend putting in small loads. There is a Tully's downstairs, which we didn't go to but is a nice convenience. The subway entrance is right next door which was appreciated. The mini fridge was nice to have and location was close to points of interest. The elevator from the ground floor to the hotel lobby was broken so somewhat inconvenient. The room for four people is a bit small, but I chalk that up to Japanese hotel rooms. The hotel itself feels a little outdated, but nothing egregious. I would stay here again."

"Breakfast was excellent, WiFi good, and consistent. Staff were outstanding, although the rooms were small by European standards. Good value overall A reasonable walk to the station though, which we didn't mind. "

"Room was new and clean. I watched a movie in the same building toho Shinjuku. Convenient to JR yet price is reasonable. I would stay again. Cons: TV has no Netflix or YouTube app. The area is a little chaotic but there is a lot of food choices."

"It had the best breakfast the room was spotless. The hotel was beautiful in a wonderful area."

"Booked the Premier 2 twin beds. Room was reasonably spacious and the view was incredible! We had an issue with our safe and the staff promptly repaired it the next morning. They even provided a note that they had completed it when we came back from our room. Beds were comfortable and they even have a speaker in the room. The vending machines, ice machine and laundry in one room on the 20th floor (can't remember the exact floor number). If your room does not have a microwave, the front desk can microwave it for you. The starbucks is convenient on the ground level if you like that and the second floor has some food options. Overall it was a great room to return to after long days of walking. Plenty of food around the area too."

"We were so happy we chose to stay in shinjuku at the start of our trip! Walkable to the train station and the convenience of having a family mart right on the first floor was so convenient! The rooms were a bit tight but to be expected! We have some of the best memories in this area of our trip. Super easy to walk to the train station, grab a bite or go downtown to explore shinjuku!! "

"The property was very nice and a convenient location. For a family of 4 the room was small but that was expected. Next time, I’ll opt for the family room. "
