"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. "The lobby of the hotel is beautiful about the room was just a regular room. There was no one outside to take our luggage when we arrived. We also needed a taxi in the morning and we're told to just stand outside until one came. We waited quite a while and none came so we walked to the train station and were late to our destination. The bartender in the lounge however was very friendly as were the check in staff. The hotel is located a bit out of the way in a very quiet area which seems to be more of a financial district. If you want to be in the action you will need to take a train."
