"One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in bar-none. Room was massive with a gorgeous night view. All room amenities could be controlled via the tablet in the headboard, including AC, TV and info about Beppu. Within walking distance of Beppu Station as it's just up the hill. Parking offered from venue across the street. Bathroom had a full soak tub with a powder room, and a segregated toilet. room. Beds were comfortable and big. Rooftop pool was a joy to experience, with heated guardrail-less pools that have stone chairs built into the pool overlooking Beppu and the mountains. Onsen was decent, but could use a servicing to remove lime scale. Will be back again"

"Breakfast has tradition Japanese style with high quality food. Staff is very friendly and good English Room super clean and spacious room has own open bath is the highlight. We stay two nights and they will prepare totally different menu for breakfast and dinner "

"The stay was great. Our only complaint was that the AC unit in our room broke the 2nd night which made it hard to sleep. "

"The staff was extraordinarily helpful. There is a onsen that is great just across the road and they give you a discount ticket for it. The rooms were very stylishly decorated and comfortable and large. They have a continental type breakfast sandwich, but we’re not really into breakfast much so we only ate it once. They do have coffee available. The coffee is quite good. We went to the music café just down the street for an interesting and good meal but most restaurant options require a car or a hike. The hotel is just off the expressway so very convenient if you have a car."
