客室の掃除が行き届いている。フロントスタッフの対応もよかったです。 朝ごはんのメニューも郷土料理を出してあって美味しかった。 ただ、朝ごはんのスタートが7時なのに7時には開けてもらえず、電車の時間があるのに少し苛つきました。ここだけが残念です。

ロケションが駅から10分とのことでしたが道が広く綺麗な街もあってか意外と近く感じました。新しいホテルではないが清潔感は満点です。エントランス、部屋は広くとても快適でコインランドリーや大浴場などの共用設備も充実。また、夕食を最上階和食レストランで摂ったが高級感がありリーズナブルな価格でとても美味しくいただきました。スタッフも丁寧な対応で快適に過ごすことができました。機会があれば是非利用したいです。

夕飯をビッフェでお弁当にして部屋で食べられますとあったので、利用しようと外出先から戻ってきたのは21時過ぎ。20:30までだったことを知りショック。他のレストランも同じく閉店していたので、近くのコンビニいくにも少し歩くので、夕飯は断念しました。時間を確認しなかったのが、そもそも悪いのですが、例えばビッフェで余ったものを適当にお弁当にして、売っていただいたらありがたいなと思いました。

一層の向上を望みます。

長所は、160ｃｍのバスタブ付き、全体の設備が整っている。短所は、ホテル最大の売り物であるベッドの寝心地が良くない。自宅のシモンズベッドよりかなり劣る。フランスベッドらしいが。羽毛布団が余り良くなく、枕が酷い。室内はやや狭い。（日本のホテルはどこもだが。）ベッドの問題がなく、室内が美しければ、4星は間違いない。欧米の4星は、部屋の広さとベッドだけには金をかけているが。短所をなくせば、大分市でも、有数のホテルになると思う。朝食が充実していない。値段からすれば、しょうがないとも思う。一層の充実を切望します。
