"All good"

"We liked the waterfall at the poolside. We liked the spa until some kid shut off the jets on us and we really didn't go back down since then. We enjoyed the breakfast and the new oak tree pizza shop that just opened. We liked everything else about it."

"Breakfast was good; fresh-ground coffee was a bonus. We had a beautiful view of the countryside & sunset from our room. The only negative was a periodic smell of natural gas laundry dryers venting back into the 3rd floor, probably due to windy weather conditions."

"The place felt safe with parking conveniently located right outside your room. We questioned if the room had been cleaned because the bed looked like someone had taken a nap on it with the spread in disarray. The curtains were held up by a few hooks and wouldn't close so we used a hair clip which worked. The toilet seat was so loose it slid side to side. It was an easy fix but an annoyance. There were no amenities, not even a bar of soap but there is a microwave and frig. Overall the atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful. If we happen through there again I will just make sure to have supplies as we would be willing to stay there again."

"Everyone was so incredibly nice! The pools was nice and clean. Our room was very spacious and clean. It appeared to have been recently remodeled. Pillows were awful! Even though the advertised a hot tub there wasn’t one. However, the breakfast made up for the hot tub and pillows. Holy Moly! The breakfast was on point! Would 100% recommend."

"No customer service. We booked therough hotels.com for our guys for a week and they gave them keeys they stayed two nights and went to work and came back doors were locked they went to front desk and asked access and they said you didnt pay, I called hotel.com and spent 4 hours and hotel.com resolved it. after two weeks againthe same issue and I moved my guys out of that hotel. 0 customer service I had contacted hotel.com and hotel.com assistant called them and front desk never pick up phone I called our guy who was in hotel and said please go to let front desk know so she can pick up phone hotel.com wnated to resolve the issu she still didnt pick up phone and I had no choice move guys out to another hotel."

"Red light on phone blinking constantly was a big distraction. Blower fan on the hvac ran constantly and very loud, we had it set on auto . There was no coffee maker in the room or a working clock or alarm clock. For a Wyndham facility seems pretty cheap."
