「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. 「I booked a king size oasis room and they gave me a run down king size. Called the front who said because I booked through Expedia it’s not the actual room that was shown it was just the category - king size room. That’s complete and utter trash. I stayed the night previously in a very nice and well priced marina view with upgraded room amenities. Figured the king size would be better given the hire pricing etc but they gave us one of the worst rooms on the property. But front desk said the...

「I stayed one night at this hotel and woke up covered in small red bites all over my body. It was extremely uncomfortable and clearly indicates poor hygiene or a bedbug issue. This was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.」

「This motel is in a great location. The staff was friendly and quick with responses to any questions we had. The pool area was lovely, although we did not use it in the short time we were there. The restaurant on site with the live music in the evening is an added bonus. Our room was a bit toasty but clean and had everything we needed. Our particular bathroom could definitely use an update but all in all, it was a great, completely last minute find!」
