「The hotel is absolutely beautiful in every way!! Its clean the rooms are clean its spotless. The staff are all wonderful and understanding, helpful. I really cant speak highly enough about the hotel and its staff. Its so homely got a lovely atmosphere. Its just wonderful love it so much!!!!」

「This property was my style of hotel, lots of character with a charming secret garden to dine in, but very modern rooms. Even had a towel warmer! Like all European hotels, they don't provide wash cloths, but I just used the corner of a towel since I had forgotten to bring a wash cloth. Not a big deal. 「it’s not my first time here, we come annually for a forces mental health charity called talking2minds. Never have an issue with the room to staff always friendly and the food I’ve always found to be excellent. You certainly can’t fault the buffet style breakfast.」
