"I was pleasantly surprised by the Inn! The setup is unusual - spread across four well renovated period homes on Ferry Street. Each home has a nicely decorated lounge area on the ground floor as well as rooms on the ground and upper floors. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was filling, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I happened to overhear the morning staff briefing, and was impressed by the professional positive manner of the staff and management. They even discussed their reviews! And the location is great, just a few minutes walk from the Detroit Institute of the Arts."

"This is an older property, but it’s clean with large quiet rooms. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is superior and bonus evening reception time with a couple free drinks. "

"Everything thing was great. Room was nice and clean. My only complaint was I did noy get my breakfast ticket upon checking in and I lost out on my money. But Sam in the restaurant was a great host the 2nd morning of our stay. He is very friendly and welcoming. Thanks again Sam"
