「This hotel is everything you are looking for in a get-away upscale hotel. The welcome by the staff is first class, concierge was so helpful with reservations for the spa and restaurants. Make sure you have time for the spa and spend time at the "lake". With several restaurants to choose from, you cannot go wrong! We tried 3 restaurants and loved each one. This is a one stop place for relaxing and getting away.」
「The pool hours are too late in the morning and too early in the night. Some hotels has 8am-10pm. I couldn't use it the two times I stayed there because I had activities during the day. Open it one hour earlier and closing it one hour later will help because of the day activities. Staff are friendly.」
