「Happy with the stay.」

「There were 4 of us. 2stayed in a double for 2 nights. Room was fine but floor was not well vacuumed. 2 stayed 1 night in single room. One of my friend enter his room and a staff was sleeping inside. The explanation given was that the room was mistakenly given away. The staff sleeping inside said that he was given the room to sleep between 2 shifts. The staff had to vacate the room and my friend was finally able to take possession of room later at night after it was cleaned.」

「Very comfortable room and nice hotel . My only complaint is about Expedia! It’s impossible to have a live conversation if you have to make an adjustment to the reservation. The only option is a AI chatbot or a Chat with an agent after working your way through the Chatbot . Better to book directly with Holiday Inn Express. Even then, I couldn’t talk directly to the Hotel and could only talk to the corporate customer service representatives. But at least I could have a real conversation with them.」

「This may have been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. And addition to being clean, it was in good shape--no bashed doorways or worn carpeting. Everything seemed nearly new.」
