「Disappointing stay raised with the manager but no meaningful resolution. The staff were friendly and the room had some positives, including clean linen, a good-sized TV and convenient parking, but unfortunately the overall experience was very poor. The hotel felt in need of a thorough clean and better maintenance. 「A great way to finish one of our days hiking the Cotswold Way! Great drinks & food, lovely atmosphere downstairs, excellent staff, and comfortable/quiet bedroom. We would definitely stay here again if we make our way back to the region!」

「We stayed 2 nights, staff asked if we needed any cleaning or replacements in the morning. A full English breakfast was served each morning. We had an evening meal the one night with a good choice. This is an Inn so there's a bar which wasn't too noisy the nights we stayed. Friendly staff. We will book again as ideal for areas we wish to visit.」

「My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.」

「The food was nice, the staff were friendly however the hotel itself is on the main Hereford road and the noise all night was really loud and therefore we had 2 nights of unrest and no sleep. Unfortunately this would stop us going again」
