"We enjoyed our stay, room was clean and updated, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Ten minutes and easy to get to from Six Flags Great America. The only downside is there is no elevator and they have 3 floors, so be aware, if stairs are an issue. Would definitely recommend."

"We had reserved 2 rooms. We had room 101 and 104. Room 101, the shower and sink water took forever to warm up. I literally had the water running for over 30 minutes and it only was warm, not hot. I'm a girl and I like my water hot and steamy. So beware you might be unlucky. Unfortunately room 104 smelled like smoke. Sam at the front desk was really nice. He was able to give us a different room, unfortunately it was up on 3rd floor. And the rooms have no microwaves. The building is built like a giant U shape and both our rooms ended up to be at the furthest opposite side of the building also, that suck. The building is very inconvenient as there are no side doors for access, you can only enter through the lobby. We rented through Expedia and chose the breakfast buffet, thats an extra $9, original price would be $19. Breakfast is served like dinning service. There's 2 servers getting whatever you want to drink and bus the tables. The breakfast was nice."

"The staff well all very respectful, friendly and professional. We’re met and greeted as we walked in, always smiling and readily available to assist with directions if needed. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Will definitely stay there again if in the area."

"Everything was excellent! The only issue was that we had to wait in line to use the microwave to heat our meals. If guests are expected to stay for an extended period, it would be much more convenient to have a microwave in each room, or at least easier access to one. Overall, we had a great experience, but adding microwaves to the rooms would make future stays even better."
