「Dirty and moldy」

「The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.」

「The room was clean when we arrived but our only complaint was that the water pressure was extremely poor, making it difficult to shower.」

「We arrived around 10pm with our 1 year old. Check-in was straight forward, but upon entering our room, we immediately walked out and went back to the check-in counter due to the overwhelming vape smell mixed with a musky scent, as if someone tried to cover it up. When we informed the front desk staff member of this, all she cared about was asking if we had used anything in the room. I had checked in maybe 10 minutes prior--only enough time for us to move the car and bring a load of our baggage...

「The staff well all very respectful, friendly and professional. We’re met and greeted as we walked in, always smiling and readily available to assist with directions if needed. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.」

「Man at front desk was odd and did nothing but complain about his job during the process. Room was decently clean, however for this being an extended store there was no cutlery, cups, or pots and pans. Also no coffee machine in the room or in the lobby(even though there was a sign saying it was available) On check out day and worker knocked on our door at 9am saying he had to come in for his inspection. Very rude since we still had two hours unto checkout. Do no recommend」

「Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.」

「I liked the price but it’s old, you could hear the people upstairs loudly and the bathroom was very small. It doesn’t have breakfast at all. It serves the purpose of providing a roof over your head but don’t expect too much else. I give it 2.5 stars out of 5.」

「Very close to Great America. Breakfast was decent. Room was spacious. Walls were thin and couldn’t sleep the second night because of people running around above our room until midnight. The elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage down stairs.」
