「Great breakfast - clean room - very big and open room. Would recommend and would come back. 5 out of 5.」

「Beautiful location. But hotel room had not been fully cleaned - dirty wash cloths in shower. Also there are no operable windows, so if you want fresh air, especially nice given lakefront, you need to get a room with a balcony. I tried to change rooms and was give a new room number to check-in the next day, but the front desk said they had no record of it when I returned in the evening . The 3rd night, they were able to change the room. Also the breakfast was not good given the price. ...

「We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was tasty and the coffee was phenomenal to say the least. The parking was great as well it was very well lit. I would definitely recommend and come back next time I’m in Chicago.」

「I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—there were plenty of options, and everything tasted fresh. My only concern was the condition of the shower ceiling, which appeared to be peeling and falling apart. It didn’t impact my entire stay, but it’s something that definitely needs attention. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would consider staying here again.」

「No elevators, no towels, small rooms」

「Great America is across the street and the mall is down the road. Close to the interstate if you want to go to Chicago or Milwaukee. Lots of shops and dining right next to the hotel. Excellent location. We had our dog which isn’t the friendliest dog with other dogs and there were plenty of doors we could access to avoid others. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel checked in with us via text during our stay to see if we needed anything. Front desk was friendly.」
