Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park
Room smelled of open sewer, several complaints had no effect. AC did not work, stuck at 25 degrees, staff told to regulate temperature by opening and closing a small window and turning AC on and off! Internet did not work - sometime totally gone, sometimes too slow to receive email. Could be fixed ...

Wonderful welcome and check in experience. Clean and quiet hotel in a great location. Staff able to communicate in English. Happy to assist with requests such as taxi bookings, etc. Enjoyed my stay very much. Will certainly revisit and refer.
