Renaissance Shanghai Zhongshan Park
Room smelled of open sewer, several complaints had no effect. AC did not work, stuck at 25 degrees, staff told to regulate temperature by opening and closing a small window and turning AC on and off! Internet did not work - sometime totally gone, sometimes too slow to receive email. Could be fixed ...

Hotel is perfectly located next to Hongqiao Railway Station and can walk there, via the fully sheltered underground from hotel B1.
