「Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.」

「This is our favourite place to stay in Stratford. Has all the basic amenities, and everything is well maintained. The owners are friendly and courteous. It’s within walking distance of theatres annd the town and although the walk is about 20-30 mins, it is great to walk on a beautiful day.」

「what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.」

「Cute little old fashioned room. Super clean. Tiny little bathroom but no issues with it. Patio out front was nice spot to have our glass of wine before dinner. Beds were perfect. Fireplace can probably have the pilot light turned off now to reduce the heat load on the room. Continental Breakfast looked delicious. Bagels and yogurt. Beverages and water in room was appreciated. Little boutique hotels are a favourite. Check in Staff was super helpful getting us settled.」

「The check in was easy, seamless, front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean, basic, sheets were clean, room was cool and had to ask for extra blanket. No window as window AC installed. The only downfall was the lack of towels provided. Solid 2.5 star hotel. Would stay again for location and price.」

「This is a clean property kept with pride. This is also an old building with old building charms. Maintenance must work hard to keep this hotel running well. I would suggest to the hotel to offer a parking shuttle when people need to park offsite.」

「Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place.」
