「For insight, I have stayed at the Melia over 6 times in the past. This time the check in process was not so satisfying. We arrived approximately 20 minutes early and was told we could check but the room wasn’t ready. We waited for 45 minutes by the check in and were never told the room was ready. Finally get into our room. We noticed we have no blankets. We go downstairs and inform the new desk lady about the discrepancies. She say she will bring them up to our room right away. At around 7PM....

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」
