「The room and bathroom floors were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were corroded and rusty, and the cleaning solution they used smelled awful - mostly like bleach, and there was still mold/mildew in the shower.
We tried to cancel our reservation, but the desk clerk was not authorized to help us, and Expedia deferred to the desk clerk at the property.
The only good things to say is the AC worked, and there was hot water in the shower.」

「The breakfast didn’t start until nine and it was just coffee and cold cereal and half the time no one was there and the doors were locked. the morning of checkout at 11. No one was in the office and the doors were locked I Had to call the number. The door had a gap at the bottom and bugs were coming in. I killed two cockroaches. The pool was green and dirty for the first two days.」
