Slept on the covers was afraid to go under the sheets the room only have one light management is only there for 2 hours at night and 2 hours in the morning so don't even take a checking in early highly recommended to be armed at all times

The room lacked cleanliness. There was no hair dryer or iron. Each bed had two very flat pillows. The pool area was nice. The description said there is a restaurant and a but there was neither of those things. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was a huge plus. Probably won't stay here again.

The breakfast didn’t start until nine and it was just coffee and cold cereal and half the time no one was there and the doors were locked. the morning of checkout at 11. No one was in the office and the doors were locked I Had to call the number. The door had a gap at the bottom and bugs were coming in. I killed two cockroaches. The pool was green and dirty for the first two days.

Not one time did someone clean our room in a 4 night stay! We had 2 bath towels to start with, nothing more. Bathroom had black mold growing all over it. The metal frame on one bed was broken and made a terrible, loud noise when sitting or getting into the bed. Sketchy people walking around the parking lot a times of the day and night. No breakfast as advertised. The walls were so thin you can hear everything going on around you. People outside yelling and talking, and could hear every single word. Stay clear! Good price, but we got what we paid for!

This place needs updating badly. There were crscks and holes in the plaster of the walls and ceiling. The carpet was nasty and grungy feeling. The electrical outlest need replacing. The chairs in the room had legs that were not properly attached making sitting in them unsafe.

Na reserva que fiz indicava café da manhã incluso, porém não havia café da manhã no hotel. Além disso havia famílias morando no hotel e crianças e adolescentes ficavam vagando pelos corredores dos quartos. Péssima impressão.
