「I was impressed when I first stepped into the building! The concierge/hostess was gracious and friendly. Actually, she was glad to see me! That made me comfortable right away. I was conscious of the facilities being on Rt. 30 and concerned about the possibility of noise. However, I slept well! I am an early riser and I knew that breakfast was served at 6:30a. Since I was a little early (6:00a) I did expect the set up to be ready. I was again greeted by a friendly hostess who invited me to...

「We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well」

「My room had bed bugs. Woke up to a couple four bites on my back. Found a living one on the pillow. Took a video and showed it to front desk. They just moved me to another room. Didn’t compensate me or discount the room charges for the night I slept with bed bugs. I used to work at a hotel and it’s pretty standard procedure to refund a guest that experiences bed bugs at our hotel. Definitely not going back.」

「I didn’t like that it was toooooo pet friendly. The hotel simply wasn’t big enough for other guests not to see any pets or smell anything the hotel was simply outdated and need to be more modernized they wouldn’t have the smell of animals that’s imbedded in the carpet. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. But definitely a one and done for me.」
