Good location and friendly front desk
The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.

One of the gentlemen at the front desk was very arrogant unfriendly unpleasant he act like I was a chip on his shoulder and he was trying to knock it off very disrespectful

There was no staff. We tried calling from 5-6 with no answer because we had a question about our room. Arrived at 9 for check in and they don’t staff the desk that late so we had to check in via computer which is not very personable for the hospitality industry. The bed frame was rickety metal and ...
