「Our experience with Ozark and and suites was not very good though the service was good but it was mediocre. I wanted my money back, but they said I couldn’t get my money back because I already gave them my card and I think I should get my refund because I wasn’t as satisfied, Customer.」

「The management scheduled a parking lot sealing during my stay. At various points the crew doing the sealing placed a single cone in the driveway or in the middle of the parking lot and proceeded to coat the parking lot. One time I was told to move my car as I parked pretty far from their activities. We were told the sealing agent would dry in an hour or two. It was still sticky the next morning. 「The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort.」

「The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through...
