"Well, lucky for me. I got the first floor because I am disable, but there is no elevator, which is inconvenient for some people, the pool was very nice. Could’ve used a hot tub, could also use some more chairs in the pool area that could be used out on the patio as well. We were trying to visit with our soldiers that were graduating and everyone had to sit on the ground to visit. Would be nice to have a picnic table with an umbrella for the sun. Out front had a nice sitting area, which we utilized as well, everyone was very nice and the place was clean, so that is what counts"

"We arrived after 1 am. We were on the road for 6.5 hrs. All we wanted was to go to sleep. Check in was easy. But when we got to our room the bed was barely made the pillow covers were dirty. No shower curtains on both bathrooms. There was also a key car on our bed, food in the fridge from previous occupants? The glasses were out of the cabinet used from previous occupants too. Thre was hair in the bath tubs l& one toilet was dirty. I left management know that the room didn't look clean. They did assure me that it was. I didn't wanted to argue. We were tired and I didn't want to argue. All I wanted was to rest. I would not be using this hotel or recommending this establishment to anyone."

"The rooms were very nice and clean. Large fridge and microwave in the rooms with coffee available in the lobby all hours. The breakfast was grab and go . The only negative was that the beds were not very comfortable . We actually left a day early due to the beds. They were nicely made with clean linens...they were just very firm beds. The rooms had very nice showers and the water pressure and hot water were exceptional. The staff were all very nice and checking in was super fast ! 5 stars for that. If the beds were a little softer I would definitely stay there every time we went on a float trip. It was approximately 20 minutes to Lebanon . The indoor pool was very nice and the kids loved it ! The back door entrance to the hotel didn't lock but the town seemed very nice and everything you could want was within a miles radius. Walmart, woods grocery store, gas and fast food. Overall for the price it was exceptional!"

"Booked a room for my mother and my son to go swim. The pool was ice cold. They refused to turn the heater on in the pool and argued with my mom so the water was freezing. The room was flooded. Had to switch rooms. There was workers there at 1 AM outside banging on trailers so there was no sleep. And 6am the workers are back outside banging. Muddy boots in the hallway and the hotel staff are rude and could care less."
