「The staff was kind and helpful. It’s an older Motel but things were clean」

「Breakfast was goid, had a variety of different things to eat and drink. We booked there because they had an inside pool, but it was not open due to maintenance and we were not informed it was closer.」

「No the hot tub was not warm enough and there were only 2 jets that were in the floor so it splashed water in your face while trying to relax」

「We were greeted warmly at check-in, by Amanda. reservation was made the night before after reviewing hotels in various online apps. We inadvertently booked the wrong room. Amanda was very gracious in changing the queen room to a king room. We were returning from an 8-day trip, and the bed was by far the most comfortable of the trip.」

「Booket two rooms with two queen beds, and they overbooked and gave one of my rooms away, and had to settle for a king with a sofa bed. Customer service offered breakfast, but we were specifically going to leave the next morning for breakfast. As a whole, there was no real work to make things right.」

「They had boiled eggs. The gravy and biscuits were disgusting. There was one egg that had a torn part on the top. It was there all four mornings. The room was clean, but no maid service ever and couldn't guarantee you would get service if you requested it. We weren't even completely in our room and the manager just walked in to show us how to use the TV as if we couldn't manage. No pool even though it listed one. No smoking at all on any part of the property. Just not a good experience. It was...

「Clean room with a darling boutique feel! Fluffy nice towels and linens. Parking was easy. Building is secure and locked so we felt very safe. Our only feedback is we felt there needed to be a larger window AC to cool the large room, we got a little hot at night with the unit on the coolest setting. Loved the little coffee shop attached, great bonus! 」

「Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

「Adequate. The ac unit was not plugged in and the door to the room was propped open when I went to it. Nothing was out of place Plugged in the unit and it was hot but not intolerable over night. Heavy chemical smell 」
