「The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again!」

「The staff was decent but didn’t go out of their way to help on their own. The king bed we had messed up my back & hips, which made walking hard. Our room had a hole in the wall & in our SIL room there was water on the rug in the main room. No extra chairs in the room, just one hard one. Can’t say that we would come back again」
