He started shouting at me and telling me I needed to give him another night's worth to check in, and walked off. Incredibly disrespectful, rude, and cannot believe he would try to scam me when I just wanted a place to stay the night with my family.」

「I had stayed here two weeks and absolutely loved this place but this day was not very good… I stayed on the first floor and I smelled cigarette smoke when I walked past some of the rooms and I noticed that there was an air freshener plugged into the hallway. I got into my room and opened the door and immediately realized there was a plug-in air freshener in the outlet. I am very, very, very allergic to fragrance chemicals and air freshener so I was very disappointed when I walked in and that was...

「The staff is so nice. We’ve been staying a lot more in Springfield due to a pregnancy and they’ve been great. I can’t see us going anywhere else in Springfield.」

「The room was very clean and well kept by the housekeeping staff. All employees that we encountered were kind and professional. Breakfast was average hotel food, but again, the staff was friendly and kind. We would stay here again when we are in the area.」
