The staff was so friendly and helpful. My two sisters and I were all staying there. One of my sisters was in room 124 and I was in room 120. Our other sister was on the third floor. We asked if she could move to a room on the first floor near us. The desk person happily moved her to room right across the hall from us. It was just so nice. The rooms were spotless, roomy, and very comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Springfield.

Staff, facility, and surrounding area was great however the hotel does not offer a breakfast. Not sure if this is all Candlewoods but it seems most hotels these days offer at least a minimum breakfast of some sort.

A Nice Place to Stay

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay at the Candlewood Suites. The bed, though a bit firm for our tastes, was more comfortable than in most hotels/motels these days. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Note, there was no complimentary breakfast, but there are several fine restaurants and/or eateries nearby. I imagine we will stay there again our next trip to the Springfield area.

The hotel is convenient to the JRE. The room had a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, place settings, pots and pans, microwave. Shower worked great, bed was comfortable.

The beds and pillows are super comfy. A/C worked great. Shower was good. Check in was easy. Location was good for us and easy to get to and from. Staff very friendly. Stayed one night but will stay again if the occasion arises.
