"Everything about the hotel was great, but the most important part was the attitude of one of the staff members Olivia. When we called the front desk about an issue in the room, she attended to it herself because the housekeeping staff was not available at that hour. She also took the trash out herself, cleaned the bathroom floor which was not really required, or expected from a front desk staff member."

Being close to Keuka lake was nice and outdoor furniture was available (even though our stay was chilly). I’d highly recommend!"
