「入住過程順暢，房間整潔乾淨，空間寬敞，本次入住連續六日，每日皆提供清潔服務。搭乘電梯需刷卡，確保住宿安全。一樓大廳隨時提供飲料(免費的包含柳橙汁、綠茶、冰/熱咖啡、各式茶包)及多樣麵包。地點位於地下鐵2號出口附近，可搭乘烏丸線及東西線，交通非常便利。是一次舒適、輕鬆的住宿體驗。下次在京都的住宿會優先考慮入住。」

「櫃檯員工協助解決行李運送問題、餐廳取消，非常感謝。 飯店居住質感很好，各項都見細心及精緻，未來會再居住。 唯一希望調整是行政酒廊有提供下午茶點心及晚上小點，因三天皆外出不可能在時間內往返，若能放置房間將更貼心。很遺憾三天都未能享用到行政走廊服務。 」

「Just as the photos showed, the bathtub was fantastic to soak in at the end of the day. The amenities were of high standard. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Loved having the space for our family of 3. Washer dryer was great to use mid trip too. We used the bus from the train station and it was only about 150m walk to get to Ryoken. Good restaurants nearby and easy walking distance or bus to nishiki markets, shopping area and Gion. A Big thank you to all the staff who were helpful and...
