"They advertised that it was newly renovated and had great amenities. I checked in at 3:30 and did not go to my final room until 8pm. Two of the rooms the door would not lock. Every room was filthy. Mold in the icecubes. Hundreds of dead bugs around patio light. 3 nights in a row the water was shut off all night. So loud with the construction. No phone in the room. NOPE considering I live 3 hours away I called the property to find out this home was available never got a phone call a email or anything I’m sure the property was notified of the booking hours prior just like hotels get the booking almost immediately but still never got any communication spent 4 Hours on the phone with Expedia...
