「Our room was only cleaned once (the first day) over the course of our 4 day stay even though we left the room for several hours each day. This was very difficult as there was no carpet in the room (dirty floors/ dirty feet). Trash piled up, and we ran out of clean towels. No parking. 」

「Crystal Bay Hotel was fantastic! Check-in was fast and easy as was check-out. Staff in every area of the hotel was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, plentiful, and nicely appointed. The pool was clean and the loungers were plentiful and comfortable; greenery was well taken care of.
