"The hotel was gorgeous but it was expensive. The staff was great. Fridge and bottled water in the HUGE room. The beds were amazing and a great selection of pillows. The only drawback is that there’s not a lot around the hotel. No corner stores or places to buy snacks. We walked everywhere and used the public transit trains. I was easy for us with no mobility issues. However if would be difficult for anyone with limitations. It’s a bit out of the way and it a steep walk up from the station. There’s also a lot of homeless people camping across the street. Very visible from the room we were in. I’d not stay here if I were on my own. I suppose one could use uber but we’ve not done that. We walked everywhere. This could be expensive for someone who isn’t mobile. We came for the games at t-mobile. We came down by a track train from Canada - and the hotel was a good walk from there. "
"An older building that’s well maintained, this hotel has everything you need and the price per night is reasonable. Free bikes to borrow. Complimentary snacks, coffee and tea in your room. Fresh coffee in the lobby starting at 6 am. Free shuttle to the pier. Definitely a good choice for pre-cruise stay. "
"Our stay here was amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything we could have needed. The bidet was a surprising and nice touch. The staff were very accommodating. It was in a great location with lots near by including rental cars and public transportation. We had a great view of the city. I couldn’t recommend more. "
