「Perfect place to stay if you are going to a game. T-Mobile, Lumen Field & the waterfront are all within walking distance. Our room was clean & comfortable. All the furnishing were new & the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Finally, the staff were all awesome - excellent service. We will definitely return to the Populus.」

「The valet at $55 a night did not always text me when the car was ready. 1st room had a plumbing issue and stains on the carpet. 2nd room stains on carpet. Bath room small, underlit, no counter space, no exhaust fan. Room was so noisy was like no insulation. Sounded like a window was open even though it wasn't. Missing a trim piece on a down light. I called for room to be cleaned one night and it did not happen. I felt like the room was tolerable but not what I expected at this price point....
