" The couch in our unit for broken, it was almost impossible to get up after you sat down. Very difficult to determine the easiest and most convenient door to use. The unit was extremely clean and well stocked. We would definitely use this location again. "

"We stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. From checking in, to room service, bartenders and entertainment team all of them made our stay memorable. Good food at the restaurants but main buffet could of been better. Just not much of Mexican food options. I would definitely go back."

BUT renovations are in progress (though quiet throughout my stay), the staff was friendly and helpful, my linens and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the property felt safe. It was a great stay for my quick trip to the area. "

"The property did not have easy instructions to get into, the check in process was extremely confusing. Hallway smelled like trash because there was a large pile of trash sitting outside overnight. My flight landed at 10pm - still no email, then I called via the hotels.com app. Got connected to overseas call center, difficult to understand.
