After a resident let me in, Shiloh Dwellings had not cleaned the property after the previous tenant (soiled underwear visible in trash, towels in piles in bath, etc). They refused a refund through Hotels.com citing policy though they were unable to live up to their own instructions for visitors."

"Our room was very spacious! A little dated/dingy but the building is historic so we didn't mind. Location was great with a lot of great restaurants nearby and access to the World Cup viewing party right across the street. Staff was very helpful! The only drawback was that we weren't able to control the temperature in our room on the 24th floor, but it was set to a comfortable temperature anyway so it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Would gladly stay here again."
