「I greatly appreciate the wonderful staff at this resort! Prior to the trip I called to confirm an oceanfront room and was told that this could not occur until the day of check-in. This was disappointing considering that the online pictures showed an ocean view. I was also informed that the ramp leading to the beach was not available and parking was limited, both due to damage from Hurricane Milton.
