「Fully renovated rooms and friendly staff!!」

「Very clean room- with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The decor was so fun! The owner was very nice. We were unable to stay for breakfast- but she was making Eggs Benedict that day. The location is great- so many shops and restaurants around and a short walk down to the beach!! She has beach supplies available for use by guests as well. We fell in love with this area, and definitely plan to come back again and stay at the Inn On The Avenue!!!」

「Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return.」

「The location is wonderful! Clisecwalking distance to beach. 2 outdoor pools also avaliable. A fenced in area with cabana loungers, cannot reserve though, but if you go down and 'set up' no body bothers your stuff and you dont need a lot of stuff because youre so close to where you stay. The bungalows are excellent, fully equipped with a kitchenette.reasonably priced, even beach towels are provided. Restaraunts, Bars, & Shops are within a few blocks walking abd there is a golf cart rental place...

「We booked close to our arrival date as our plans to stay with friends fell through. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay. We enjoyed being close to the water/bridge and spent time watching the boats as well as the dolphins. Our room was small, BUT, efficient and had everything we needed. The addition of a full breakfast was an added bonus to our reservation. We would not hesitate to book here again as well as recommend the hotel to others!! 」
