「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

「We checked out a day early due to the after hours yelling and loudness, our kids weren’t sleeping due to this. Been going to dunes every summer for the past 5 years and this was our last time. We never got new bedding and were there 5 nights」

「It was a nice stay for a quick stop. The door to the bathroom doesn’t fully close. The shower would leak at random times, the bathrooms in the lobby don’t have locks. The sheets were dirty but The staff were nice and helpful though.」

「Not much for parking. I needed handicap there were only 2 spots. They indicated I could go up in incline and park across the street, not good when can't walk far. Next time I book somewhere will remember to ask about parking. They did switch my room to non smoking for an up charge, which was good.」

「There was some kind of bug carcass in my room. Thought it was a freaking frog at first. I had to call my son back into the room to check it out. The outlets next to the bed (on the nightstands) were loose and/or broken which made them unusable. Glad I only stayed 1 night. Won’t be back.」

「The hotel is super close to the beach, which is nice. I also liked the pool and that there was an ice maker. The parking was easy, too, as we never had trouble finding a spot. Staff were friendly. Some cons- the bed wasn’t very comfortable for a week, the windows to our room were cracked, the AC unit was leaking, and the counters in the bathroom were stained. We stayed for a week, and I think the property would be better suited for a 1 or 2 night stay.」
