「Nice hotel, easy check-in and easy access to the beaches and other attraction areas with bus and tram, which the kids love, and a good environment to stay for a large family. 「We had a fabulous weekend, the room was spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel was utterly amazing, hot food absolutely delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. There's a few marks and scuffs around the place but for what you pay it's incredible value for money. We will absolutely be returning! Only negative for me was there was only a bath, not ideal for washing your hair. A quick trip to Sainsbury for a jug solved that problem.」

「The location is great and nearby the ferry pier. But the hotel is not in good maintenance at room, the toilet ceiling have a lot of dirty water marks, it looked disgusting. I booked a lakeview room that cost £250 a night, but not worth it, the room is really dilapidated, even they don't have a refrigerator at room, I needed to keep my birthday cake in their restaurant. The room price wss including the breakfast but it was lack of choice, they serve breakfast until 10:30 am, when I ordered...

「At first I was very sceptical because of the negative reviews, ut I am glad to say that our stay was more than pleasant. Our room was huge as was the bathroom all immaculate, breakfast was only continental but more than adequate. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back again.」

「Staff were brilliant, very professional, polite and helpful all staff had a smile and would always acknowledge you. All needs catered for. We had one issue but was rectified straight away. We will defiantly be coming back.」

「Internet was spotty, rooms look brand new but small, very clean, daily cleaning, not happy about having to pay £10 per dsy for parking at the hotel the cost should be in with the price of your stay and apparently because i booked through holiday. Com or any other 3rd party hotel charges £50 per night upto a maximum of £150, for damages which is ring fenced and returned when you leave, i don't know how many days it takes to appear back in my account, which actually put a damper on my break as i...
