「This stay was a great experience — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.」

「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「I booked this hotel because it was close to friends I was visiting. My husband and I had been here before and had really liked it. The single room was small but very efficient and had all amenities that I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond when I left some clothes hanging in the closet of my room. I needed them for a cruise that I was going on, and they shipped them to my new destination within one day. Not many hotels would have done this, it was really...

Trotzdem klare Empfehlung.」

「The hotel is centrally situated amidst the city's historical edifices, making it easily accessible. Our spacious room features a separate living area, bathroom, and toilet, all thoughtfully designed for guest convenience. Additionally, guests can indulge in a choice between a refreshing shower and a relaxing bath, enhancing their stay. Ample complimentary supplies like cotton pads and swabs are provided for guest use. The complimentary minibar offers a diverse selection of beverages. Dining on...

「Room was spacious and clean. Design is modern. Free access to lounge was great. Staff is helpful. 」

「Nice people, clean hotel, convenient location.」

「Sehr schönes Hotel, ansprechende Zimmer, gepflegtes Bad. Nettes Personal Abwechslungsreiches Ftühstück. Gute Lage, Innenstadt, Bahnhof, Zoo in unmittelbarer Nähe.」

「Very nice breakfast!」
