「Very friendly and helpful staff with a welcoming and flexible attitude (I didnt book breakfast as unsure of plans but they let me have it short notice on the morning twice, very helpful as orher local breakfast options are limited.). Not everyone spoke Englush but they were very patient with my limited German plus Google translate. Rare 40 degree temperatures in Leipzig while I stayed were a challenge without aircon but bug screens on room windows and a fan in the room meant I was ok. Bed very...

「Tolle Sauna, leider kein Aufzug.

「very comfortable, will come to stay there again」

「Very little space in the room, - no desk or table. Not ideal for more than one night if you have more than a small suitcase.」

「Comfortable apartment, lovely views, easy walk from train station.」

「Nice people, clean hotel, convenient location.」

「This stay was a great experience — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.」

「15 mins tram to center banhof」

「Een mooi net hotel. Fijne kamer met een lekkere douche. Goed ontbijt.

「As we arrived/departed outside business hours, we did not see the personal, but their communication via Expedia chat was very friendly and polite. They also upgraded our room to Superior one for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The check-in instructions were clear, however entering the code at the sensor display was somewhat cumbersome, but it worked at the end. The apartment was pretty spacious and clean, although some furniture was a bit shabby. Kitchen was quite compact, but had all...

「Gerne wieder.」

「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay. Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping. Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」
