"I booked 2 rooms for 4 people for 2 nights. I messaged in advance to specify that I wanted twin rooms. The hotel messaged back to say that was booked. When I arrived they had given us 1 queen bed per room. This was not great as I was sharing a room with my 105 kg mate! The other room was being share by another friend and his adult son. I asked them to fix this twice and both times they said they'd send someone and didn't - and no apologies at all."

"Very weird hotel. Asked for a twin room, got one big bed with 2 duvets - apparently that is a twin room . Bathroom is open to the elements to your room mate can see you shower - there is no privacy at all. Whoever decided that the shower needed to have you on display to all made a very bad decision. Wouldn't stay here again just because of that"
