Perfect hotel!

Absolutely perfect hotel - I only regret we stayed for just one night. Perfectly clean, spacious and very comfortable room. Lovely breakfast and wonderful staff.

Essentially a no frills hotel in a great location. Front desk excellent and very helpful. Room comfy but would have nice to have a coffee machine or kettle. Room is serviced every 3 days but a refresh towel is available if you ask. Good value

Great little hotel only 100m from the Central Station and a short 15minute walk to the market square and main shopping precinct. My room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was great, and they have a little bar/cafe serving food and drinks until late in the evening. Staff were also very friendly.

Excellent location. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The breakfast staff were fantastic and very helpful. Actually outstanding thank you for an amazing stay. Good bar on site and again lovely friendly staff. Hope to be back again for the Christmas markets etc.

The hotel was hard to figure out where to park. Once inside best way to describe it wax minimalistic. We were there 3 days and never had roomed cleaned or even offered fresh towels even though it says in expedia daily housekeeping. When we questioned it we were told they stopped offering it in June. No apologies, just a statement. Room had poor lighting and weird nightlights on either side of bed near floor that was supposed to come on when you got out of bed but we soon realized that they went off whenever they felt like it as well as a window that kept opening on its own until we made sure it would not come open again. It was very convenient to train station (had restaurants and stores inside) as well as being close to city center for Christmas Markets and restaurants but would not stay there again.

The hotel and staff were excellent in every way. The rooms were comfortable, with lovely ensuite shower rooms. Maids cleaned every day and the buffett breakfast was first class. Highly recommended and not expensive. Will definately return.

Staff was very helpful, enter by the bikes by the europacar rental place if you dont want to walk to far to drop off your suitcases, then you can park at the train station it was very safe

Very clean and modern hotel, service and staff was helpful and friendly all the time, special mention to Cristina and Florencia on the restaurant area. Hotel is located just a few steps to Leipzig HBF train station and also bus station, so you dont really need to take any train or uber to get there, also Leipzig zentrum are just 5 min walk from the hotel 👌

So close to the main train station. A blessing. That wonderful train station. Hotel withon walking distance of all I wanted to visit but transport literally out the door. Huge hotel but quiet and safe.
